Dates and capacities in one place
Every experience provider works differently. Some run their own booking system, some keep a table of free dates, and others confirm requests by hand. The platform therefore supports five calendar modes: two partner modes (instant confirmation and request-based) and three manual ones, from a table of dates to an import of opening hours.
Availability is always decided by the backoffice. No outward-facing system keeps a copy of its own, so the storefront, the partner and the operator see the same state. For request-based bookings the date is recorded only once the provider has actually confirmed it.

Backoffice: a single source of truth for availability
A voucher for its whole life
A voucher is not a one-off code but a record with a life cycle of its own. The system takes it through seven states, from order to activation, booking and redemption, all the way to settlement with the provider. It is always clear where a voucher stands and what can be done with it.

Partner portal and connections to other systems
Providers manage their dates and bookings in the partner portal. Those who already use a booking system of their own connect it through a uniform interface with three operations: available dates, create a booking and cancel a booking.
A new partner is added by configuration, not by programming. Where a partner needs to send changes on its own, the platform supports the opposite direction of communication as well.

Partner's system
A storefront for several countries
The offer for each country and language comes from a single database. There are no separate installations to maintain and no catalogues drifting apart.
It includes full-text search of our own with an index for every combination of country and language. For Czech it works with the base forms of words, so it copes with inflection.
Backoffice and accounting
Operators have orders, vouchers and bookings in one backoffice. Invoices and credit notes go to the accounting system automatically several times a day, replacing manual exports.
